TINTEC is an auto protection shop on Culebra Road in San Antonio. We do five things: paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint, vinyl wraps, and detailing. We do not do body work, we do not do mechanical repair, and we do not try to be a one stop shop for everything on wheels.
That focus is the point. Protection work is unforgiving. A speck of contamination trapped under film is there until the film comes off. A panel polished too aggressively does not grow its clear coat back. Getting it right is less about speed than about refusing to skip the parts nobody sees.

Prep decides everything
Film and coating seal in whatever is underneath them. That is why correction happens before installation, not as an upsell after it.
Patterns, not blades
Film and tint are plotted to your exact vehicle. Nothing sharp is drawn across your paint or your glass to make a piece fit.
Honest scope
If a scratch is too deep to correct safely, we say so. If a service will not solve the problem you actually have, we say that too.
Checked before you see it
Every job gets inspected under dedicated lighting before handover, because a bay light and daylight show very different things.

Self healing technology
Light swirls and fine scratches in the film close up with heat, so the surface stays looking new instead of collecting a record of every car wash.
Scratch and stain resistant
Bug splatter, bird droppings, and road grime sit on the protective layer instead of etching into your clear coat, and they come off with a rinse.
UV and weather protection
Texas sun fades paint and cracks interiors. Film and coating block the ultraviolet that causes it, on the outside and through the glass.
Maintains your original paint
Everything we install sits on top of your factory finish and comes off cleanly. The paint underneath stays exactly as it left the line.

We look at the actual paint, glass, and trim under proper lighting, then quote from what is really there rather than a generic price list.

Prep properly
Wash, decontamination, and correction happen before anything is installed. Prep is the step that decides how the finished job looks.

Install and inspect again
The work goes on, then it gets checked under lighting before you see it. You leave with clear aftercare, not a guess.
