Paint Protection Film
Self healing urethane film that absorbs rock chips, road rash, and scratches while leaving your factory paint untouched underneath.
The short version
Every mile you drive is a negotiation with the road. Gravel off a truck bed, sand on the highway, a shopping cart in a parking lot. Paint protection film is a clear urethane layer that takes those hits instead of your paint. It self heals in the sun, it resists staining, and when it eventually comes off, the finish underneath looks the way it did the day the car was built.

How we do it
The PPF process
- 01
Decant and inspect
We walk the car with you, note existing chips and swirls, and agree on coverage before anything is cut.
- 02
Decontaminate
The surface is washed, chemically decontaminated, and clayed. Film bonds to paint, so anything left on the paint stays there for years.
- 03
Correct where needed
Defects under film are permanent until the film comes off. We machine polish first so what gets sealed in is a finish worth sealing.
- 04
Install and cure
Patterns are laid, edges wrapped, and the car rests indoors while the adhesive sets before it sees weather.

Will the film yellow or peel over time?
Modern urethane film is built to resist both. Quality film carries a manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, and lifting. Ask us what the film we install for you is warrantied for.
Can you see the film once it is on?
From a normal viewing distance, no. Where a panel allows it we wrap the edge so there is no visible line at all. Where the shape does not allow a wrap, the edge sits in a seam or a gap.
How is this different from ceramic coating?
Film is physical thickness that stops impact. Coating is a chemical layer that adds gloss and makes cleaning easier. They solve different problems, and a lot of our customers do both.
Does it come off cleanly?
Yes, when removed properly. That is the whole point. Factory paint stays factory paint.
